Kuumba kids is a weekly African centred Art Club for children aged 4 - 9 years. This term we will explore Ancient Kemetic/Egyptian art looking closely at The Goddess Maat. Making clay sculptures ,collages, paintings and drawing to express the divine principles Maat represents.

Kuumba kids is a weekly African centred Art Club for children aged 4 - 9 years.
This term we will explore Ancient Kemetic/Egyptian art looking closely at The Goddess Maat. Making clay sculptures ,collages, paintings and drawing to express the divine principles Maat represents.
We offer fun and creative workshops teaching African history through art, storytelling and engaging activities.
Classes include:
Painting, collage and print making using natural and found objects which allows children to develop their own creative voices.
